Authentication
TeqBook uses secure account authentication for salon members. Owners invite the team; members sign in with their own credentials instead of sharing one login.
Permissions
Role-based access controls who can manage bookings, staff, services, and settings. Change or revoke access when responsibilities change.
Hosting
The product runs on modern cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections in transit. We do not publish a specific data-region claim until it is verified in the trust register.
Backups
Salon data is protected with routine backups as part of platform operations. Reliability practices are described on this page and in our terms.
GDPR tools
TeqBook provides tools that support GDPR-conscious customer handling — such as consent status in customer records. This is function language, not a legal “GDPR certified” claim.
Availability
We aim for a reliable booking workspace so salons can run the day. Status and support paths are available through Contact and Help when something needs attention.
