Change a member role

Role changes update login permissions immediately. The last owner cannot be demoted.

Step by step

Open Users & Access as owner
Only owners see Manage on member rows.
Choose Manage
Open Manage for the person whose login role should change.
Change role and Save role
Pick the new role and choose Save role.
If save is blocked
Last owner is protected — you cannot demote the only owner. Add another owner first if you need to change roles.
