Step by step
Confirm Settings → Opening Hours
The selected day must be open with a valid time range. Also check Upcoming closures for holidays.
Confirm active services
At least one bookable service under Services must be active.
Confirm staff availability
Someone under Staff must be available for that day and able to perform the service (assigned services / shifts).
Confirm the public page is live
Online booking is enabled during onboarding (not a Settings → General toggle). Open Direct booking from Public links and confirm the page loads; if links are missing, revisit onboarding with support.
