Import salon data from CSV

Step by step

1. 1

   Open Settings → Import

   Go to Settings → Import. The tab requires Pro or above.

   Pick an entity

   Choose Customers, Services, Employees, or Bookings. Presets such as Timma, Fresha, or Setmore may appear for mapping help.

   Upload and preview

   Upload your CSV, review the preview, and resolve required columns before confirming.

   Finish import

   Confirm the import and review created or updated counts. For Customers-page-only Import, use the Customers Help guide instead.
