View customer booking history

Step by step

   Open a customer

   Go to Customers and select a person.

   Open booking history

   Choose View booking history. If your plan includes Customer History, you see stats and a bookings table you can search and filter by status.

   Plan-gated or empty

   If history is locked, TeqBook shows a Business plan upgrade screen — follow Upgrade Plan; do not invent unlocked steps. If history is unlocked but empty, you see No bookings found.

   Export CSV

   When history is available and there is at least one booking, use Export CSV on the same history page. Export stays disabled when total bookings is zero.
